Where are classes held?
Classes are held at our centre at 36 High Street, Burnham, SL1 7JP. Online sessions are available for students who prefer to learn from home.
How much does tuition cost?

Does Dr Khan teach personally?
Sessions with Dr Khan can be booked depending on availability. Dr Khan holds a BSc (Hons) from King's College London, an MSc from the University of Manchester, an MPhil from the Royal Military College and a PhD from the University of London. He has lectured at Langley College and UCL, and spent 15 years at the Ministry of Defence. Other sessions are taught by our wider team of tutors, all trained in Dr Khan's method.
What results have students achieved?
Gunnpreet achieved A*A* in A-Level Biology and Chemistry and now studies Dentistry at King's College London. Amir studied GCSE and A-Level sciences with Dr Khan and went on to a Master's at Oxford and a PhD at Bristol.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. There is no minimum contract. We recommend a full term to see meaningful progress, but you are free to start with the free consultation and go from there.
Which 11+ does my child sit in Burnham?
Children at Buckinghamshire state primary schools, including those in Burnham, are entered for the Bucks Secondary Transfer Test automatically unless parents opt out, and its qualifying score is 121. Any family can also register for the Slough Consortium test (eligibility score 111), which moves to Quest Assessments from the September 2027 test. We prepare children for both.
Do you prepare for Burnham Grammar School?
Yes. Burnham Grammar School, 0.3 miles from our centre, admits Year 7 pupils through the Bucks Secondary Transfer Test, so our Bucks 11+ preparation covers it. We are an independent tuition centre with no link to the school.
Which areas do you cover?
We welcome families from Burnham, Lent Rise, Hitcham, Cippenham, Britwell, Haymill, Taplow, Dorney and Farnham Royal, all within about 3 road miles of our Burnham centre. We also teach children from Maidenhead and Slough, about 3.9 and 3.5 road miles away.
